when grandma comes we ride on shoulders. we go swimming everyday! we go to the movies several times (wall*e & kung fu panda). we eat out at fun restaurants. we go bowling. we go to the bounce house. we go to the nicklecade. we have picnics. we have sleepovers. we play games. we spend lots of time with all of our family.

as we were driving past the mayan looking for a little place to eat, miles looks out the window and says, "i've been there! that place is fun. we can eat there. i know it!" so we parked and ate there. it's just down the street from his dad's house and miles knew all about it. he had the camera out and was taking all kinds of pictures. most of these were taken by him.

Yep. We upgraded to the minivan. Got the Honda Odyssey. I never thought I would say this, but I LOVE it. Thought about getting bigger SUV, but with gas prices and then I would need to lift the kids to get into the car, buckle and unbuckling car seats...the minivan is just so practical.
Having Grandma and Grandpa around is the best.
